A Compact 90°Waveguide Twist at Terahertz Frequency

摘要：

　　In this paper,a compact waveguide twist for terahertz frequency is designed.The compact structure with low reflection is achieved by a step waveguide.It has the compact sizes and low return loss properties.The result shows the return loss is more than 28 dB from 325 to 355GHz.
