　　In the conflict between probabilistic Quantum Mechanics and deterministic Relativity,this paper sides with QM and explains free will.Einstein wrote,Everything is determined,the beginning as well as the end,by forces over which we have no control; human beings,vegetables,or cosmic dust,we all dance to a mysterious tune,intoned in the distance by an invisible piper.In fact only time past is determined; time future is open.
