Optical Investigation of Nd3+-sensitized Upconversion Nanoparticles for Damage-free in vivo Deep Imaging and in vitro Microscopy
We firstly set up two optical models and investigated the upconverting excitation process of novel 795-nm excited Nd3+-sensitized upconversion nanoparticles.Simulation results proved the novel UCNPs has the potential to show excellent in vivo deep imaging and damage-free in vivo,in vitro imaging ability under high power 795 nm laser excitation.
