Research on the Internal Control of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise

　　Small and medium-sized enterprise occupies the important position in the national economy, but has many insufficiencies in the internal management aspect, the internal control is in particular weak, causes it to manage the risk not to be able to manage effectively and causes many reserve going on the market small and medium-sized enterprises not to conform to the correlation requirement not to be able to succeed going on the market.Therefore, must the present situation which controls according to Small and medium-sized enterprise interior accountant, discovers enterprise interior accountant to control the existence question, and aims at the question to take the effective measure by to consummate the enterprise internal control unceasingly, builds the foundation for small and medium-sized enterprise going on the market financing.
