Research on Improvement and Management of Library Staff in Hebei Universities

摘要：

　　Through the investigation on the current situation of library workers in seven universities in Hebei Province, the author of this thesis found that the non-academic groups, namely, the group of workers occupies certain proportion in the library staff.Through analyzing the current situation of workers, this paper puts forward some management methods to improve the workers personnel quality.
