　　The problem of protecting intellectual property rights of enterprises is very important in reality, the contradiction is very prominent.Jinan City Intermediate Peoples Court summed up a lot of useful experience in judicial practice, many judges applied for all kinds of research actively, and they conducted extensive research with the related enterprises.This paper will focus on the contents of the research.The author will review the practical experience and analyze them based on the theory.The author hopes to provide the counter measure support good for the protection of intellectual property rights of enterprises.
