AN OTPA-ALIKE METHOD FOR THE TRANSFER PATH ANALYSIS PROBLEM IN THE HIGH FREQUENCY RANGE
The OTPA formulation which assumes that the frequency response functions have stable amplitude and phase works only in the low frequency range.This transfer path method which contains the phase parameters is not suitable for high frequency transfer path analysis because the trans-mission function is very sensitive to structural details in the high frequency range.Statistical energy method could be used to solve the high frequency problems but a lot of SEA parameters have been determined to establish the SEA equation which is also very difficulty.Combined with the statistical energy method and the operational transfer path method,a new method which gives transmissibility matrix between the averaged square velocity of the source and the target is used to solve the high frequency transfer path problems.Simulation is done to prove the validation of the new method.
