Relationship between clothing retail business and government planning in Shanghai
According to Shanghai and districts the 12th five-year plan, the future development of Shanghai will be around the theme of the construction of four centers and socialist modernized international metropolis, so business development has also been raised to a higher, more important level, the business district arises at the historic moment.Based on the policy of the central districts the 12th five-year plan, this paper analysis five aspects of development planning, including economic, business planning, ecology, infrastructure, and government own construction, and current situation of business district from following aspects: economic power consumption, market size and the comprehensive index of commonality, some problems arised from them.Therefore the government can promote the development of the clothing retail business circle through overall plan, improving public infrastructure, strengthen business circle brand as a whole and ecoenvironment protection.
