Development of pile fabrics with toothbrush fancy yarn

摘要：

　　The toothbrush fancy yarns were spun by selecting fiber materialion using SGD 980 high-speed fancy yarn crochet machine.Then the yarns were used to develop fabrics which have the velvet pile effect.Two styles of pile fabrics that have vertical bar fluffy effect and inclined stripe fluffy effect were designed and developed.This paper also discussed the fluff height, the fabric strength, and the thickness of the pile fabrics with Toothbrush fancy yarn.
