Utilizing the carrier fiber weaving technology to design big pitch spacer fabrics

  This paper discusses the basic characteristics and applications of integrated fabrics.Making use of water-soluble whalens the advantages of safe, non-toxic, friendly to environment, dissolving easily in water,take it as a carrier weft to design big pitch integrated fabrics, after completion of the fabric weaving, big pitch integrated fabrics was got by the dissolving process, then we obtain the principle and method of using water-soluble whalen carrier weaving craft to weave thick integrated fabrics, and draw the looming draft,namely the water-soluble whalen overlap with normal weft and they were configurated in the inside of each layer, and it made a temporary weaving point with middle yarn or upper and lower warp yarns;dissolving carrier wefts key points of design are put forward.We think the method of using water-soluble whalen carrier weaving is convenient, economical, and have great potential about development of new product in the textile.
