Characterization of graphene/polymer composites structures and properties
In this paper, the excellent characteristics of graphene and its application prospect were simply introduced first, which illustrated the importance of characterization of graphene/polymer composites structure and properties.Then the basic principles of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), uv-vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo-gravimetric analysis(TG/TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were introduced, and their applications in the aspect of graphene/polymer composites were elaborated in details.Finally, the method of characterization of graphene/polymer composites structure and properties was prospected.
