Impact protection performance of integrated hollow core sandwich composite
In this paper, the impact experiments were done from the thickness, the resin concentration and the impact energy to study the impact protection performance of integrated hollow core sandwich composite, analyzed the impact protection performance changes in the thickness, the resin concentration and the impact energy.The result indicates that the impact protection performance improved as the thickness increased, but it is not obvious when the thickness increases to a certain extent, resin concentration will significantly influence on impact protection, and this effect will change with the change of impact energy, low resin concentration suitable for low impact energy protection, high-energy protection requires high resin concentration.We should, according to the specific situation, make the production process when designing the integrated hollow core sandwich composite.
