Preparation of nano-TiO2-ZnO composite by magnetron sputtering and its application

摘要：

　　TiO2 and ZnO are semiconductor catalysis materials.A number of scholars studied the preparation of the TiO2-ZnO composites, such as microwave radiation, mechanical mixing, hydrothermal method, solid-phase method,sol from combustion, supercritical fluid drying, sol-gel method, co-precipitation method, and magnetron sputtering.This paper described the magnetron sputtering method for preparing TiO2-ZnO composite materials and introduced its application on photocatalysis, antibacterial, UV and so on.
