Study on the New Trends and Impact of Virtual Incubator in Foreign Countries

　　This paper reviews the development of new trends in the theory and practice of Virtual Incubator in foreign countries.The United States set off a virtual war.Virtual Incubator does not require real estate but need a lot of infrastructure.It has a lower cost than the incubator system advantages.Traditional business incubators have to face the virtual competition and preparation in the future.
