A Study on Cultivating the Marketing Personnel by the Independent College Cooperating With the Enterprise in an Order Type Model

　　At present, the personnel cultivation has been in a situation of diversity since the higher education has entered the stage of popularization.The effective way to cultivate the marketing personnel is the Order Type model by the Independent College cooperating with the enterprise.From the perspectives of students employment and enterprise needs, we have summarized the organization and implementation of the Order Type personnel cultivation, thus, discovered that a positive interaction between the industry, learning and research and a positive situation with the involvement of our college and the enterprise have been achieved.
