The Information Tactics of Enterprises Coping With Product-harm Crises Under the New Media Circumstances
To well-control and deal with the product-harm crisis information dissemination under the new media circumstances, the research on the product-harm crisis information dissemination and new media are necessary.Using the literature methodology and reasoning method, the paper analyses the product-harm crisis information dissemination mechanism and characteristic of new media.There are four stages of product-harm crisis information dissemination, the prodromes stage, initial happenings stage, crisis spreading stage, dissipation and recovery stage.Based on the product-harm crisis information dissemination mechanism and the characteristic of new media, the paper advances the information strategies in different stages for enterprises coping with product-harm crises under the new media circumstances.
