Contingency Governance, Environmental Uncertainty and Acquiescence of Members in Overseas Marketing Network--A View From Power Theory and Empirical Research of Chinese Industrial Enterprises

  The overseas marketing network of Chinese industrial enterprises should be a multiple-functions network.Acquiescence is influenced by the governance mechanism of marketing network.It is essential to improve theacquiescent behaviors of members of overseas marketing network.From the view of power theory and contingency governance, this article reclassifies the governance mechanism from the dimensions of the source of power and power usage.This article puts forward six hypotheses and analyzes the moderation effect of environmental uncertainty.Besides, based on the collected data, this article testified the hypotheses.Finally, the paper proposes some managerial suggestions to Chinese industrial enterprises.
