Governance of Bid-rigging in the Bidding
It should be attracted the attention of the society.Colluded bidding can be surface legitimate, but its nature is evading the effective competition, kidnapping policy, disrupting public order of transaction and causing the accumulation of negative energy, which attracted the attention of academic research.This paper aims at through the motivation of colluded bidding—patterns of behavior to study the reason of colluded bidding and give the corresponding preventive strategies.In the analysis process, the income, cost, mental power and the timing of colluded bidding are the four main factors to consider.The through mathematical analysis, grasp the characteristics and rules of colluded bidding, and analysis of these evils.Finally, give the poetical guidance and the practical application of specific methods to reduce colluded bidding behaviors.
