The Chinese Growing Strategy Research Based on Cultural-Cognitive Institution

  Institution theory has been the important factor impacts on strategy.This paper finds out how the cultural-cognitive institution factors impact on Chinese corporations growing by analyzing the case of Yili.The corporate growing is not only the result of economic driving.But Yilis growing process is exactly the process of cultural-cognitive systems impacts on enterprises strategic choice.
