A Tentative Discussion on Budget Control Mode of Corporation

　　Budget control has always be the standard operating procedure of the modern corporation management which is essential for improving the efficiency of enterprise management.This paper will study the budget control mode of corporation on the view of strategy organizational system and management contingency.The classifications of strategy control are as follows: tight and loose budget control, diagnostic control and interactive control.It has some theoretical value and practice meaning.
