Discussion of Customer Satisfaction Formation Model in Public Sector--Based on Wangs Model

  At the age of the customers are supreme, the government departments shall also continuously improve their quality of service.So satisfaction of citizens has become the most important criterion in the evaluation of governmental services.Based on the summarization of some important theories and models of customer satisfaction, the author then used Wangs model as the foundation to integrate a model that can be applied in public sectors.Theoretical and practical significance of the new model have also been explained in this article.
