The Research on Chinas Corporate Purchasing Cost Management-- Based Supply Chain Environment

　　With the world to accelerate the pace of economic integration and improvement of Chinas market economy, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.A large number of foreign companies enter the Chinese market, which bring Chinese enterprises unprecedented pressure to survive depending on management, capital, technology and other advantages.Raw material costs and procurement-related costs has been more than half of the product costs.In manufacturing enterprises, raw material costs generally account for over 60% of total product cost.Based on the supply chain environment, this article comb composition of Chinas corporate procurement costs, studying emphatically on how to reduce procurement costs of manufacturing enterprises, and propose some insights.
