Tumor derived exosomes/microvesicles convert mouse iPS cells to cancer stem-like cells

　　Growing evidences demonstrate tumor niche plays active roles in regulation of tumor cell behavior.Recent studies showed the differentiation of stem cells in aberrant environment could be an initiation of cancer.We have reported that the conditioned medium from Lewis Lung Carcinoma(LLC)cell line could convert mouse iPS(miPS)cells to cancer stem cells(CSCs),indicating the contribution of certain factor(s)secreted by LLC in malignant transformation of miPS cells.
