Difference between open-cell and closed-cell intracranial stent for embolization of cerebral aneurysms

　　The embolization of the large or wide-necked aneurysm is sometimes difficult with simple microcatheter technique.These aneurysms were often embolized using intracranial stent(stent-assisted technique).In Japan,we can use 2 different type stent,one is closed-cell stent(Enterprise VRD(@))and another is the open-cell stent(Neuroform EZ(@)).
