Do different amplitudes of MEP evoked by test stimuli influence on inhibitory degrees of short interval intracortical inhibition?
Exhaustive muscle contraction for recovery in rehabilitation decreases the amplitude of MEP to be evoked by TMS stimulation immediately after contraction and the recovery period.Short interval intracortical inhibition(SICI)and intracortical facilitation(ICF)in motor cortex estimates as the ratio of decreased or increased amplitude of MEP to elicit by a paired conditioning and test stimuli to the amplitude of MEP by alone test stimulus(MEPTEST)introduced by Kujirai et al.(1993).
different amplitudes of MEPTEST 100 and 105 TEST six reduced SICI
