Sparse Recovery Approach for Functional Diffuse Optical Tomography using Random Effect Model
Diffuse optical tomography(DOT)enables three dimensional monitoring of the functional brain activities via the transparency of the tissue in the near-infrared(NIR)region 1.However,the inverse problem of DOT is severely ill-posed due to the diffusive nature of light propagation, and it makes DOT suffer from the low spatial resolution and depth sensitivity.
