Real-time functional brain mapping and epileptic foci diagnosis using electrocorticography
It is important to detect seizure foci and brain functions for epilepsy surgery.We utilized subdural grids for measuring electrocorticogram(ECoG)data.We focused on high gamma activity(HGA)frequencies ranging from approximately 80 to 120 Hz.
