　　Parkinsons disease(PD)is considered not only motor disorders characterized by parkinsonism,but also a systemic illness with several non-motor deficits,such as cognitive impairment,depression,psychiatric symptoms,autonomic failure(including gastrointestinal dysfunction),sleep disorder,and impaired olfaction.
