Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID Control Algorithm Used in Liquid Mixing Device
According to the characteristics of the industrial production control system with multiparameters,nonlinear,lager time delay,an on-line parameter Adaptive fuzzy logical Fuzzy-PID controller was put forward.This paper introduces the basic idea of PID and Fuzzy-PID control,the application of the fuzzy-PID controller.The industrial process of liquid mixing is characterized by high nonlinearity,large time delay and multi-parameters.An on-line controller based on adaptive fuzzy logical fuzzy-PID was therefore designed.Then,the two simulation curves of conventional PID algorithm and fuzzy-PID algorithm were compared with each other,and the results showed that the fuzzy-PID control algorithm has a performance of shorter response time,smaller overshoot,better robustness and good stability.It is concluded that the designed fuzzy PID controller is reasonable to improve the control effect,implemented the online self-adaptive adjustment of the liquid mixing parameters.
