Constant Pressure Water Supply System Based on Smart700 Configuration
Introduced a constant pressure water supply system,which by using Siemens PLC S7-200 to control the frequency converter switchover between power frequency working mode and variable frequency working mode,then drive the Three-phase ac asynchronous motor.Through the Wincc Flexible HMI software to configurate the upper machine equipment Smart700 touch screen and PLC,realized real-time monitoring.It solves a series of problems of the traditional design methods like poor real-time performance,stability and reliability.The experimental simulation results shows that this design method has good performance,it can be used more widely.
