The Control Application of Fuzzy PID in Combustion System

  The combustion sy stem is a large inertia,pure delay,nonlinear distributed parameter sy stem.The control effect of PID regulator and dual cross limiting PID control in the combustion system is not satisfactory; the conflict of the overshoot and resp onse time can not be resolved with relatively poor anti-interference ability of the sy stem.In the control of the roaster,by adopting the method of combining dual cross limiting control and fuzzy control,we use Siemens S7-400 to achieve dual cross limiting and fuzzy control.meanwhile get a better control effect.
