Innovation Capacity and Economic Growth Study Based on Gray Correlation Analysis---Comparative Study of Shandong Province and Guangdong Province

摘要：

　　This paper evaluated the innovation capacities of Shandong Province and Guangdong Province quantitatively using the regional innovation capacity evaluation system. Then the author compared different innovation degree associated with local economic growth using gray correlation theory. Finally this paper presented several suggestions of improving innovation capacity.
