Design of a P-D feedback controller for continuous-time descriptor systems
A new and simple method is proposed to design the P-D feedback controller for continuous-time descriptor systems in this paper.The original system is turned into a normal system by using a linear transformation.Based on the control theory and variable substation method,the bilinear inequality is changed to the linear matrix inequality(LMI).With this method,the LMI conditions and P-D feedback controller are obtained for the admissibility related to the descriptor closed-loop system.Finally,a numerical example illustrates the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
