Partial Feed-forward Decoupling Based PI Control of CFBB Combustion System
Circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB)develops quickly for a large range of fuels,rapid adjustment to load instruction and low-emissions.But its combustion system is sophisticated with large time-delay and multi-input multi-output coupling together,which make it hard to control.Based on analyzing an existing 2 ×2 transfer function matrix of the main steam pressure and the bed temperature,a partial feed-forward decoupling method is given to solve the coupling problem.And a new PI controller parameters tuning method is presented for the decoupled loops.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the decoupling and the control strategy.
