A Consensus Model for Conflict Problems in Distributed Command and Control Decision Making

　　Based on the two-tuple linguistic evaluation method,this paper proposes a consensus model to alleviate conflict problems in distributed Command and Control(C2)decision making.This model mainly involves three phases: computing consensus degrees,controlling the consensus state and feedback mechanism.In this proposed model,consensus degree among deciders is obtained.And the preference distances between deciders individual opinions and the aggregated opinion are evaluated respectively.After analyzing the global process,feedback mechanism provides some constructive proposals.Finally,an example shows that this model could relieve such conflict problems caused by different deciders cognition effectively.
