ELUTRIATION AND COMMIXTURE OF MINERAL POWDER WITH DIFFERENT PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

  The fluidized operating speeds are determined by the sieve size analysis and empirical correlations for various raw fine ores in practical fluidized bed.The elutriation rate R, gradient elutriation DTR, mixed characteristic and size distribution of elutriation fine ores for the raw fine ores are investigated by using the fluidized experimental platform of D-shaped plexiglas column, the electronic balance and laser particle size analyzer.The results indicated that the elutriation mechanisms procedure and the elutriation amount are diverse in the physical property difference of raw fine ores.
