INVESTIGATION THE HYDRODYNAMICS BEHAVIOR IN A CFB BOILER WITH COMPLEX COMBUSTION CHAMBER BY CFD
The gas-solid flow in a circulating fluidized bed with an annular combustion chamber is investigated based on the two-fluid CFD model (TFM).The recirculating flow rate of solids is controlled using user defined functions (UDF).Key parameters including pressure, solid volume fraction and velocity are given in the paper.Four different exit structures are considered to investigate the effect of the exit angle and size on the flows distribution, by comparison of gas and solids flux in the exits of the chamber.
