INVESTIGATION ON HYDRODYNAMICS OF INTERCONNECTED REACTORS AND LOOP SEAL BEHAVIOR FOR MULTI-GENERATION SYSTEMS
Interconnected fluidized bed reactors (DCFB) arc implemented in multi-generation systems (pyrolysis or gasification FB reactor and semicoke CFB boiler), CLC systems (double metal oxides or carbonate oxides reactors) and within three-reactors systems of chemical looping gasification processes.The presented data focus on the solids circulation rate, standpipe and loop seal behavior, pressure profiles of the DCFB depending on selected operating parameters such as gas flow rate, loop seal fluidization, and solids inventory.Main part of штмуыешпΦешщты considered standpipe and valve operation behavior.A pressure balance model has been developed to describe CFB loop, based on previous investigations on riser hydrodynamics, pressure drop in the cyclone, and data for prediction of standpipe and valve behavior.
