Promotion of Effective Preparation of Engineering Cadre for the Work in Alternative Power Sector

　　In the presented work was data about the importance of alternative energy,in particular wind power energy and education role in effective development of the branch.On the bases of the analyses of the problem of High Educational Establishments of Central Asian Republics(it also concerns many states outside of the region)for increasing of quality education,competitiveness of young specialists in the world market of wind power energy and competitiveness of high educational establishments in the world market of educational services,developed methodical system of preparation of students of power high schools to engineering activity and its model during studies of technical creativity and patents.
