Three Transformations for Operation and Maintenance Management of Wind Farm
With the continuous increasing of Chinese wind powers accumulative installations,the operation and maintenance management of wind farm is being more and more focused by wind power operators and investors,because the operation and maintenance management with high-efficiency and high-quality will be the most important guarantee for the investment return during the 20-years product running life of wind turbine.This article analyses the existed problems of current operation and maintenance management modes on Chinese wind farms,and proposes to transform the mode of thinking for the operation and maintenance management by three transformations:transforming reactive operation and maintenance management mode into proactive mode,transforming discontinuous mode into continuous mode,transforming extensive mode into lean mode.
