Study on Wind Power Heating System and Wind Power Electricity Locally Consuming Evaluation
Valley power load mostly appears at the late night in northern china area,while the wind power would be very large at the same time,thus the characteristics between wind power output and electric load demand are not matched.In order to ensure the needs for heating consumption in northern China winter season(usually from October 20 this year to April 15 next year),and lots of CHP(Combined Heat and Power)units would be operated in the power system.The heating to determine electricity output mode of CHP units have very limited down regulating capacity,so wind power accommodation capacity of whole power system is very small and the wind power is abandoned serious at the late night.Now,the Chinese government has promulgated the related measures to support the clean wind power heating,and wind power heating pilot projects are also performed in the northern china to ease the wind power operating difficulty during the winter heating periods.Therefore,the wind power consumption and urban clean energy utilization in northern china areas can be promoted.
