Hydraulic Pitch Control System Based on FUZZY Control
Variable-speed constant-frequency(VSCF)is widely used in megawatt wind turbines,in which the pitch system is mainly driven electrically or hydraulically.The paper,which is based on the research of a domestic 2 MW prototype,introduces the layout and strategy of the controlling system with the realization of both the software and hardware.The integration of hydraulically driven variable pitch actuator with doubly-fed motor power control system is one of the key technologies.For the dynamic stability of variable speed operation above the rated wind speed of power system,a fuzzy logic control method is proposed for power tracking,providing support for the optimization for the hydraulic system as well as the simulation of variable speeded pitching dynamics.Finally the method is verified by field data.
