Energy Reform in Mexico and the Wind Power Policies and Incentives

　　In Mexico,various regions are suitable for wind power generation: Baja California,Chihuahua,Quintana Roo,Sonora,and Oaxaca among others.In 2012 there were 1370 megawatt of installed capacity most of them located in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec and new projects are been developed all over the country.The installed capacity factor target for the next years is between 12 GW and 20 GW.
