Successful Planning Approaches Can Speed Up Adoption of Wind Turbines
Governments have identified the need for small wind turbines as part of decentralized power generation,which requires policies,infrastructure,and the acceptance of the general public of a complicated process.However,adoption of small wind turbines has been slow due to the bad publicity given to the megawatt wind farms,and a poor understanding of how energy is generated,which has been often manipulated by vested players.
