　　The operation and maintenance of machines and especially of gear-boxes,motors and bearings can be supported by developing appropriate maintenance strategies.The lifetime of machines can be extended by REWITECs recondition/refining technology,even when the first signs of decay appear.REWITEC was founded in 2003 with the goal of reducing the problem of wear and tear in tribological systems.
