　　Turkey,having huge potential of renewable energies is becoming the center of the approaching boom of renewable energy in South Eastern Europe.Public workers,businessmen,universities,research institutes,municipalities,development agencies are all looking for partners to develop renewable energy projects.Turkish Governments hesitating approach to issue wind farm licences prevented the FIT supported projects to develop.
