Short-term Wind Forecast for Controlling Wind Turbine Output Using Laser Doppler Anemometer

摘要：

　　large power variation,it is difficult to make a plan for the power generating system all over the grid-system,because the power output and the demanded power should be balanced.For this reason,the capacity of the wind power generation is limited depending on the capacity of the whole grid-system in some area in Japan.To increase the capacity of wind power generating,the more accurate power forecasting and power control system is needed.
