SME Policy System in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region:A Case Study of Yinchuan City

　　This research covers the issues on how to establish and complete the local laws and regulations for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, which lies in the Northwest of China, how to perfect services system for them, how to quicken their development and improve the quality of their existence capacity etc., on the basis of field research.The study explores and makes analysis on the issues mentioned above in the light of the actual situation of Yinchuan, the capital city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.It is intent on forging an inland open economy trial model in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, promoting the advancements of the local SMES and providing references to the government policy making on the small and medium-size enterprises.
