Study on Optimized Path to Technology Innovation Management of Agricultural Enterprise in Perspective of Environmental Support

　　The positive externalities of agricultural industry determine the government and other organizations should invest necessary resources of technology and finance to support agricultural innovation activities.And it also very important for agricultural enterprise to cooperate well with the support organization because of complexity and diversity features of technology innovation management in agriculture.Therefore, research area of agricultural enterprise technology innovation management is no longer limited to cultivation and ascension of the internal innovation ability, but focus on how to effectively acquire and reasonably use innovation resource from support organizations.This paper studies on the key factors which influence technology innovation activities of enterprise by literature review, analyzes support functions of government department, scientific research institution, intermediary organization and financial institution while agricultural enterprise optimizing technology innovation management, and then explore the optimized path to technology innovation management of agricultural enterprise, so that enterprises would improve their technology innovation management and get a new way to accomplish sustainable innovated development.
