The Research on the Joint Procurement among the SMEs in the Western Region of the China

摘要：

　　The Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) in the western region of the china play an important role in the development of region economy, their procurement spending 40~70% of total expenditure, while the way of traditional procurement has not well service the development of the enterprises.Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of these enterprises in the market, the paper recommended that they should establish a joint procurement organization in some way to implement unified procurement.
